Processing procedures Carlsberg Mindelegat

Shortly after submission of the application, the applicant will receive a receipt by email confirming that the Carlsberg Foundation has registered the application.

The applicant will be able to find a full application as a single PDF file in the application and grant system “CF-Grant”.

General processing of applications

• All applications are treated confidentially
• Applications are reviewed for compliance with the general and specific requirements described above
• If an application does not meet the general and specific requirements, the application will be administratively rejected.

Processing of applications

• Applications are assessed by a panel of internal experts based on criteria established by the Board of Carlsberg Mindelegat.
• Applications are recommended by the assessment panel for a final decision by the CEO of the Carlsberg Foundation and the representative of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters on the Board of Carlsberg Mindelegat.

Applicants will receive notification of the decision in the form of either a grant letter or a rejection letter within three months of the application deadline.
