Shortly after submission of the application, the applicant will receive a receipt by email confirming that the Carlsberg Foundation has registered the application.

The applicant will be able to find a full application as a single PDF file in the application and grant system “CF-Grant”.

General processing of applications

• All applications are treated confidentially.
• Applications are reviewed for compliance with the general and specific requirements described above. 
• If an application does not meet the general and specific requirements, the application will be administratively rejected.

Processing of applications

• Applications are assessed by a panel of external and internal experts based on criteria established by the Board of the Carlsberg Foundation.
• Applications for funding of up to DKK 2 million are considered solely by the assessment panel.
• Applications for funding of more than DKK 2 million are recommended by the assessment panel for a final decision by the board.
